Now that we've worked out the kinks and have a stable pattern of runs and attendance, it's time to kick it up a notch! While easy runs/walks and socializing 2 times per week is great, a little motivation from healthy competition always makes things more interesting. So, to kick off 2021 and keep you motivated through the doldrums of winter, I am implementing regular challenges. The challenges will build upon one another to improve your running, so if you're interested in your own development, start now! But, each challenge can also stand-alone, so no worries if you're not ready to commit. I'm always available to chat if you want more information about what a well-rounded running week should look like and/or want some guidance on getting to the next level.
